Property Litigation Solicitor NQ + (Sussex) This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern and forward thinking law firm, renowned for delivering exceptional legal services to clients across the region. The successful candidate will be joining a leading team, with clear and transparent progression propects, handling a variety of property litigation matters. Key Responsibilities: Managing a diverse caseload of property litigation matters to include boundary disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, easements, nuisance and trespass Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to provide strategic advice and solutions to clients Liaising with clients, external parties, and colleagues to facilitate smooth and efficient processes Providing support to senior solicitors and partners on complex property litigation matters as required Requirements: Qualified solicitor / legal executive from NQ Level, ideally with experience in Property Litigation matters or wider Litigation matters.
