Are you an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor with a passion for excellence and a desire to work with high-profile clients? Our client, a prestigious law firm recognised in the Legal 500, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Associate to join their esteemed Commercial & Property Litigation team in their Bishop’s Stortford office.
About the Role:
As a Senior Associate in the Commercial & Property Litigation team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse and challenging caseload, acting for PLCs and high-net-worth clients. You will bring your expertise in property litigation to tackle complex legal matters and deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a wide range of challenging and complex property litigation matters.
  • Utilize different forms of ADR to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Work collaboratively within the team, maintaining a client-centred approach.
  • Participate actively in business development and marketing initiatives, including delivering seminars, writing articles, and attending networking events.
About You:
  • A minimum of 5 years’ PQE in property litigation.
  • Professional, motivated, and enthusiastic with excellent communication and IT skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as an interactive team member.
  • Strong business development skills and a proactive approach to client engagement.
