AJ Chambers are proud to be working with a boutique law firm based in London who are looking for a 2-5 year PQE Litigation Solicitor with a strong focus on Property and Commercial disputes.

They work for both corporate and individual clients. The firm advises and is known for its work relating to commercial and residential property, corporate and commercial law, high value, and complex litigation in the UK and abroad, private client legal advice, charities, art, and cultural property.

What they are looking for:

Demonstrate ability to run cases with minimal supervision. Experience handling matters such as breach of contract, landlord and tenant disputes, leasehold issues, boundary disputes and possession claims. It would be advantageous to have exposure to high-value commercial disputes and contentious property matters, experience advising corporate landlords, developers, or managing agents and a familiarity with interim relief (e.g. injunctions, freezing orders). Knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules, familiarity with the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, commercial leases, and relevant case law, understanding of enforcement procedures and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

You will bring:

  • 2+ Years PQE
  • Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills
  • Excellent drafting skills
  • Proven ability to manage a busy caseload
  • An interest in client relationship management.
