As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on complex property disputes that require your expertise and problem-solving skills. The department boasts quality Partners and Associates handling a wide range of cases, including commercial and residential property matters, landlord and tenant disputes, leasehold enfranchisement, and more.
 
To be successful in this role, you must possess strong academics, including a 2:1 or higher degree and have a proven track record of delivering top-quality work. We are seeking a candidate with exceptional attention to detail, excellent research skills, and a passion for property law. As a member of our team, you will be expected to demonstrate strong advocacy skills and the ability to navigate intricate legal landscapes.

  • 4+ years’ PQE as a Property Litigation Solicitor
  • Strong academics, including a minimum of 2:1 degree
  • Proven experience in handling complex property disputes

  • Strong advocacy and negotiation abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
