Are you an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor or Commercial Litigation Solicitor looking to join an award winning, Legal 500 recommended law firm?

Based out of its central Leeds office, you will be joining a highly regarded Commercial Litigation Department, responsible for managing your own caseload of Property Litigation matters as well as assisting on more complex matters with team.  

Applications are welcome from candidates from a purely Property Litigation focused background or from a Commercial Disputes background. 

Duties to Include:

  • Dealing with Lease renewal/termination notices and proceedings under the LTA 1954
  • Service of break notices and advice on their validity and break conditions
  • Interpretation and enforcements of Leases and Dilapidations claims
  • Arrears recovery and service charge disputes and general estate management issues
  • Advising on Tenant insolvency
  • Forfeiture and obtaining possession of Commercial Property and Residential tenancies
  • Assisting the Conveyancing department on Residential long Leasehold and Building Act matters
  • Advice on restrictive covenant and easement Disputes
  • Drafting instructions to Counsel and working alongside other members of the team on larger cases, including dealing with disclosure, witness statements and trial bundles
