What will you do? 

  • Manage and supervise a team of experienced paralegals who support local authorities with (mainly) disrepair claims through to trial
  • If required, advise on your own property disputes caseload - which can be local authority and private client work 
  • Other work could include leases & licence matters and Environment Protection Act matters 

What will you need? 

  • Ideally to be a qualified solicitor or legal executive, however those who are qualified through experience should get in touch    
  • At least 2 years’ property litigation experience 
  • Ideally local authority litigation experience, although this is certainly not essential 
  • A willingness for continued learning & professional development 
  • A confidence and gravitas to lead a successful team (further training given if required)
