Are you an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor looking for flexibility and autonomy along with hybrid working? Our client based in Lichfield is seeking a Property Solicitor to join its well-known and highly regarded team! 

The Firm: 

This is a niche firm of Solicitors in Lichfield, that is great at understanding it can get the best out of its staff by offering flexibility to suit each person’s needs. 

The Role: 

The firm is now looking to appoint a Property Litigation Solicitor who can support the Enfranchisement and Commercial teams. This team is mainly transactional, but it does need support for Litigious Property matters. This will include collective Enfranchisement Claims under Leasehold reform, Landlord and Tenant Disputes, Easement Disputes, Service Charge Disputes along with neighbour and boundary Disputes etc. 

The Person:

To be considered for this Property Litigation Solicitor role you must have at least 5 years’ PQE, the ability to hit the ground running on Litigation matters with limited supervision, along with the ability to self-motivate.
