Property Litigation Solicitor - Wye Valley 

This position is with a leading law firm which is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor at Associate to Senior Associate level to join its Tier 1 ranked team. 

In this role you will:

• Advise on a range of matters including commercial landlord and tenant, residential, rural land and landed estates 
• Give bespoke technical advice 

You will be:

• Ambitious as this role will give you autonomy to lead this work in the location
• Strong property litigation expertise, ideally agricultural but that's not essential
