Careersat Ltd are proud to be recruiting a Regional Manager (Property Loss Adjusters) for our national and international Insurance Client with sites including Stoke-On-Trent, East Anglia, East Midlands, London, and Scotland regions.

Due to extensive and sustainable growth and expansion they are looking to expand the London team.

The ideal candidates for consideration will be from an insurance claims, commercial insurance, property insurance background, as well as candidates with transferable commercial experience.

Role outline:

As a Regional Manager (Property Loss Adjuster), you will handle a range of claims of varying complexity and value; and work to a broad and busy caseload.

We require a strong background in both Domestic and Commercial claims, and the appetite to operate in a remote team within a fast-paced and continually evolving environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·To regionally manage the claims handlers and property loss adjusters in line with company requirements and demanding service standards.

·Account management & Oversee Individual client requirements

·Implement process change transformation

·Performance management

·Support he recruitment and on-boarding of new team member

·To ensure key performance indicator targets are reached and maintained

·To actively progress and control all cases

·Understand and effectively implement Company systems and procedures

·Ensuring the highest standard of technical accuracy within the regional team

·Produce high quality personalised outgoing correspondence

·Handle customers effectively and fairly in line with High net worth insurers requirement

·Build effective relationships with clients, brokers and contractors

·Produce reports of highest quality for department line management

·Enhance a team environment to achieve best results

·Interact with existing clients to maintain and further existing relations and procure new business

·Oversee and onboard the utilisation of other businesses for the benefit of policyholders

·Oversee the processing of all invoices and approve estimates within 5 working days of receipt/agreement.

·Identify cases of possible fraud and recoveries and refer as appropriate within set Service Level agreements (SLA’s).

·Manage and supervise correct policy interpretation and validation.

·Prepare, check and approve where appropriate, reports for clients in accordance with agreed Service level agreements SLA’s and formats.

·Ensure files are up to audit standards at all times.

·Take responsibility for following agreed/documented procedures when dealing with problems and complaints.

·Build good working relationships with clients and staff, internal and external to the business

·Maintain an awareness of business opportunities and refer all identified opportunities to the business

Essential requirements

·3 years previous Property Loss Adjuster / Property Insurance experience

·Already hold or working towards recognized professional qualifications at a diploma level

·Accuracy, attention to detail and an analytical approach

·Strong verbal and written communication

·Demonstrable experience of organizing and managing own workload is essential

·Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment where flexibility is required to accommodate peaks and troughs in workload.

·Excellent time management to be able to work to short/changing deadlines.

·5 Grade A-C’s GCSE’s or equivalent including Math’s and English

·Being prepared to work nationally on occasion with overnight stays.

·Being prepared to work on standby during busy times at weekends and public bank holiday

·Great Client/ customer relationship ethos - exceeding customers’ expectations.

·Can-do attitude

·Able to work independently and manage own diary
