PROPERTY MAINTENANCE ADMINISTRATOR

£28,000 - £30,000, DOE

LEICESTER

We are looking for a Property Maintenance Administrator for one of our clients. This exciting role is ideal for someone with a property background who wants to transition into a Facilities Coordinator position. If this sounds like the career move for you, we want to hear from you!

You will be responsible for the maintenance and smooth running of buildings and facilities. This role is perfect for someone with a solid background in facilities management who is looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building Maintenance: Oversee the general upkeep and maintenance of the company premises.
  • Contractor Liaison: Coordinate and manage relationships with external contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective service.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure all company vehicles are maintained to a high standard and comply with legal requirements.
  • Equipment and Supplies: Manage the ordering and stock control of office equipment and supplies.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain high standards of health and safety across all facilities, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar facilities role.
  • Qualifications: Ideally hold a current NEBOSH or IOSH qualification.
  • Driving Licence: Must have a full UK driving licence.

Skills:

  • Strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities and the capability to manage multiple tasks. efficiently.
