Property Maintenance Administrator

£15.48 - £19.67 per hour + holiday pay 

Duration- minimum 6 months with possibility of permanent 

Based in Falkirk 

Reed Business Support are pleased to be working on an ongoing temporary Administrator position with a highly respected employer based in Falkirk. Working within a fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate administrative support. This is a great opportunity to work with a stable organisation and could lead to long term work. 

  • Mon - Fri (9am - 5pm) 
  • Immediate start 
  • Fully office based 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Action repair requests received through a range of sources
  • Manage a busy repairs team inbox
  • Provide timely Reponses to any customer queries over email or through the phone
  • Process all repair requests and inter-team contacts through Link's internal housing management system
  • Liaise with customers and external contractors to co-ordinate suitable appointments
  • Ad hoc admin duties

Person specifications: 

  • Previous experience working in an Administrative capacity - this is essential 
  • Good IT skills with experience using Excel and the ability to pick up CRM systems 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Good communication and customer service skills 

Desirable: 

  • Experience working in Housing, Construction, or Facilities
