Maintenance 24-7 Limited are currently recruiting for a Customer Maintenance Coordinator to join our passionate team in Peterborough on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will join our office team coordinating our clients maintenance and service requirements. Liaising with our team of engineers scheduling call outs and response times, maintaining our high service levels and a professional approach to each job.

Your duties and responsibilities

  • Answering telephone calls and greeting guests
  • Logging actions and movements on our system
  • Provide general administrative support to the help desk team and engineers
  • Monitor, action and escalate incidents as appropriate to achieve agreed service levels
  • Keep customers informed of status and progress of the engineer times and job status
  • Act as a key point of contact for management, engineering workforce and sub-contractors
  • Take calls out of hours on a rota basis when required

Your Experience

  • Good IT skills with an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Great people skills with a professional telephone manner
  • Keen to learn
  • Flexible but committed approach to each task
  • Preferably with some building trade or property maintenance knowledge but not essential

The Package

  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays increasing with length of service
  • Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm or 8.30am - 5.30pm
