Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

As the Property MaintenanceCoordinator, your role will involve the following important duties:

• Carry out property inspections.
• Undertake inventory on properties.
• Resolve maintenance issues.
• Handle the deposit return process.
• Manage invoices received.

The experience required…

As a successful Property MaintenanceCoordinator, you will have the following:

• Minimum 2 years experience within a similar role.
• Customer Service experience.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong IT skills.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
