Experienced Property Manager & or Lettings Administrator is needed to represent this small close team of Letting & Managing Agents in North West London.

My client is looking for someone who can assist with Property Management queries and repairs involving all maintenance issues, liaise with utility personnel and contractors, answering calls and help with reports. Someone who can also support Lettings admin, deal with Landlord statements, rent disputes, Invoices, deposits, and liaise with tenants when needed. A team player is essential as it's all hands on deck, this person must be happy to help out when needed.

A friendly flexible attitude who is very efficient and has an excellent eye for detail. Someone who is IT literate, it is essential you have had some property database experience preferably Rentman.
