Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager! Lead the way as a Property Management Manager with the UK's largest independent property services business.

The role is based in their busy Ealing office where they have a dynamic environment and are keen for driven people to drive their team to deliver amazing service!

  • Managing a team of property managers, to oversee our managed portfolio in Ealing, Hayes, and Shepperton
  • Leading daily meetings with the Property Management team
  • Coaching the team to achieve CSI's
  • Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
  • Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
  • Property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
  • Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
  • Deposit returns
  • Resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Ensuring all properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing complaints
  • Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports
