Property Manager / Senior Property Manager - West London (Hybrid) - c£47k+

We’re working with a long-established, independent, multi-generational family owned and run property management company based in West London.

With a London centric portfolio comprising a mix of high quality RMC/RTM and Freeholder sites (alongside an increasing number of impressive new build/developer appointments), they now seek an accomplished Property Manager as follows:

• Working from a West London office base with 1 day from home
• 3-5 years committed block management experience essential, ATPI qualification desirable
• Long held, compact high quality portfolio (most of which is within walking distance of the office) requiring an accountable, customer focused and thorough approach
• Undertaking the full range of duties from budgets to insurance and major works, with excellent in-house support from accounts and surveying team
• Vibrant, buzzy office atmosphere with a diverse, supportive team and active/inclusive social calendar
• Genuine career path with opportunities to diversify your experience in house (handling complex major works on listed properties, pitching for business, shadowing surveyors etc.)

Salary for the successful Property Manager will start around £47k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
