Position: Property Manager (Lettings Department)

Location: Burton on Trent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (40 hours per week)

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 basic + commission

Start Date: Immediate

About the Client: Our client, a prominent lettings agency in Burton on Trent, is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join their dynamic team. Managing a portfolio of over 200 properties, they are known for their exceptional service and commitment to both landlords and tenants. As their business continues to expand, they need a skilled professional who can hit the ground running and contribute to their ongoing success.

Your Role: As a Property Manager, you will:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day maintenance and repairs across the property portfolio.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to tenant queries and issues.
  • Coordinate with landlords and contractors to facilitate seamless operations.
  • Manage tenancy agreements, renewals, and ensure compliance with all regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: A proven track record in property management, especially within a lettings environment.
  • Independence: The ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
  • Organisation: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage a busy workload.
  • Communication: Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with SME software is a plus, but not essential.
