Our client is seeking an experienced, methodical and organised Residential Property Manager / Senior Property Manager! The company is anestablished, modern independent Estate and Lettings Agency with Property Management offices in the Alton, Hampshire.

You will need have a great track record in Residential Property Management (and possibly ARLA qualified).

You will be a real people person, be able to build and maintain excellent relationships with Landlords and Tenants, show empathy and understanding, problem solve effectively whilst staying calm under pressure.

Skills: The skills required for this Senior Property Manager / Property Manager – Residential Lettings role will include:

• Experienced in Property Management and Tenancies

• Understanding of current lettings legislation
• Highly organized and able to prioritise workload
• Problem solve effectively
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a pressurised environment
• Knowledge of the Alton area helpful
• Full Driving License essential and own car
• Thoroughly professional approach to Property Management
