Are you a Surveyor with a background in Commercial Property Management, looking to join a well-established and trusted company that offers on the job training and progression into Senior and eventually Directorship roles?

This company are leading property consultants for the whole of the South-West, and are now looking to grow their Exeter team with an experienced Commercial Property Manager / Surveyor.

In this varied and dynamic role, you will be based in their Exeter office 3 days a week, 2 from home, with weekly site visits to meet with clients, outsource maintenance projects, collect rent and conduct inspections. You will be given a car allowance for travel to and from the office, as well as to site, covering a local patch of Exeter and South Devon.

This varied role would suit a Surveyor with a background in Commercial Property Management, looking to join a well established and trusted company that offer generous annual bonuses, on the job training and progression all the way to Directorship.

The Role:

• Manage a range of commercial properties in a local patch
• Undertake inspections and arrange planned and reactive maintenance
• Oversee rent payments and chase when necessary
• Organise VAT returns and insurance

The Person:

• Property Manager from a Commercial background
• Wants to progress within a reputable organisation all the way to Directorship
• Commutable to Exeter
