About the Role:
As a Property Manager, you'll handle a diverse portfolio of properties across Bristol. Property Manager roles will give you the chance to leave the office on property visits, whilst allowing you some office time taking calls, liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors! You'll enjoy a supportive team environment with ample opportunities for development, including funding toward ARLA qualifications (varies company to company)
Property Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of properties.
- Conduct check-ins/outs and out-of-office inspections.
- Coordinate with tenants and landlords regarding maintenance needs.
- Liaise with contractors and oversee repair instructions.
Property Manager Essential Skills:
- For Senior Roles - Minimum 6 months of experience in property management or lettings.
- For Junior Roles - Customer service & admin experience essential
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills
- Genuine passion for the property sector
- Possession of a full, clean driver's license (Some companies will require you to have your own vehicle)
Property Manager Packages:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (Some companies require occasional Saturdays)
- Often office based, however some offer optional part-time remote working
- Salary Range £24,000 - £33,000 - Depending on Experience
- Annual profit share bonus or commissions payable
- Use of pool cars (if applicable)
