Do you have Property Management experience? Our client in Cardiff are looking for an experienced, conscientious Property Manager to join their team. This agent are proudly independent and have a great reputation locally. This is a 360 position where no two days will be the same and the successful Property Manager will need to be well versed in all aspects of the role.

Property Manager – Benefits 

  • £23,000 - £28,000 basic salary DOE
  • Opportunity for career progression
  • Parking on site

Property Manager – Duties 

  • Managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance
  • Carrying out mid term inspections and check outs 
  • Organising contractors, gaining quotations, issuing works orders and obtaining invoices 
  • Ensuring property compliance such as EICRs, gas safety and EPC certifications 
  • Dealing with deposit disputes
  • Organising tenancy paperwork
  • Chasing rent arrears and processing Landlord accounts
  • Supporting the landlord with rental reviews and tenancy renewals 
  • General Lettings administration as needed

Property Manager – Experience Needed: 

  • Previous lettings / property management experience is essential
  • Professional written and verbal communication 
  • Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages 
  • You must have a UK driving licence and access to own vehicle 
  • ARLA qualification desirable but not essential
