Carlton Recruitment is looking for a Property Manager to look after a wide portfolio of managed properties. The role will include dealing with landlords and tenants to arrange and sort out maintenance issues. The ideal candidate will be someone who is motivated, bright and is confident using a PC and property management software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deal with landlords and tenants to arrange maintenance issues
• Ensure all current property regulations are carried out
• Regular property inspections
• Control small maintenance projects
• Negotiating tenancy renewals
• Confidently communicating with landlords and tenants

Personal Specification:

• Current/previous Property Manager background essential
• Car driver
• Local to the Putney area
• A bright individual with a willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail
• Computer skills (property management software is a bonus)
• Fast learner
