Property Manager

Our client, an established group of Property Consultants, are currently looking for a Property Manager to join their office in Northwich. My client are specialists in commercial and residential property management. The Property Manager will be managing a varied portfolio located in the North West, including some mixed-use commercial premises e.g., shops, offices and residential. This position will be office based with site visits.

It is envisaged that the ideal candidate has experience managing a varied portfolio and must be based within commuting distance of Northwich. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to join a growing company who offer an attractive package and a portfolio local to the office.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Property Manager Position Requirements

• Must be based within commuting distance of Northwich
• Must have previous Residential Estate Management experience
• IRPM would be advantageous but not essential
• Section 20 experience
• Full UK Driver's license
• Good IT and Grammar
• Qube software knowledge would be advantageous
