Salary - £24,000 - £26,000

Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm, Every other Saturday time off in Lieu

Our client is a leading independent agent who has four offices within the Hertfordshire area since 1990, a fantastic opportunity has arisen in their Stevenage office for a Property Manager to look after a great portfolio of properties

The ideal candidate will be a well presented, dynamic with ambition to progress in their career. Candidates must be results focussed, self-motivated and someone who can provide exceptional customer service. Previous experience is essential with Jupix experience preferred, along with good local knowledge and the ability to maximise on all potential business opportunities. Ideal candidates will be motivated and driven.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an already successful office.

Responsibilities

• 
  Works / maintenance
• Contracts
• Start and end tenancies
• Compliance - organising gas safety, EICR certificates etc
• Dealing with lettings enquiries
• Addressing tenant complaints
• Negotiating leases
