Property Manager

What’s the role?

I’m working closely with a Southampton based Lettings Agency and together we are looking for a Property Manager for their City centre-based office.

The Lettings Agency are an independent, locally owned company, who manage a large portfolio of residential property across the Southampton area. The day-to-day duties include among other this: solving maintenance problems, inspections, gas safety scheduling, check outs etc.

The owners work in the business day to day and are focussed on providing the best possible lettings service for their clients.

Standards are high but it’s a fun environment where you won’t be micro-managed. They are just looking for an experienced, self-motivated individual with high standards, that just gets on with it!
