Our client, a well-established, successful, property management company based in Newport Pagnell are looking for a Lettings Property Manager to join their team. This is an exciting time to join a vibrant organisation with ambitious growth plans.

Day-to-day responsibilities of the Lettings Property Manager:
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to manage maintenance issues
- Maintain thorough and accurate database records
- Ensure properties comply with latest regulations/legislation
- Coordinating check ins/outs and inspections
Required Skills and Qualifications of the Lettings Property Manager:
- Previous experience in lettings or property management essential
- Excellent organisational skills and time management
- First class communication and interpersonal skills
- Full UK driving license and use of appropriate car
