Property Manager

Location: Brighton

Hours: Mon - Fri 9-5:30pm with 1 in 4 Saturdays 10-4pm with a full day off the following week

Salary: Up to £35,000PA + company benefits including increased holiday with length of service, 2 days off for company social events, company perkbox membership and more.

Driving licence is essential! Company car available or trader's permit for own car use

You’ll be:

  • An experienced Property Manager managing a small portfolio of 60 properties
  • Keeping on top of all maintenance work
  • Ensuring the property is fully compliant GSI’S, EICRS, EPCS’S
  • Carrying out periodic property inspections
  • Co-ordinating property maintenance repairs
  • Identifying and actioning property improvement works
  • Managing property compliance contractor visits
  • Dealing with deposit returns in a timely manner
  • Preparing properties for end of tenancy change overs
  • Forming positive relationships with landlords and tenants
