We are on the hunt for a Senior Property Manager who is eager to bring their expertise to a fast-growing team. With a minimum of 3 years of robust experience in the field, and preferably an ARLA qualification, this is your chance to elevate your career with a company that values your skills and ambition. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Charge: Take full ownership of a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring top-notch maintenance and regulatory compliance.
  • Inspection Pro: Conduct regular property inspections, coordinating timely and efficient maintenance and repairs to keep properties in prime condition.
  • Tenant Relations Guru: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, swiftly addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure tenant satisfaction.
  • Lease Leader: Oversee the tenancy renewal process, from negotiations to drafting agreements, ensuring smooth transitions and satisfied tenants.
  • Financial Whiz: Ensure timely rent collection, manage arrears, and oversee budgeting to maximise profitability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Contractor Coordinator: Liaise with contractors and service providers, ensuring top-quality work and maintaining the highest standards of property care.
  • Compliance Champion: Stay ahead of property laws and regulations, ensuring all properties meet legal requirements.
  • Report Rock Star: Maintain accurate records and prepare insightful reports for senior management to guide strategic decisions.
  • Customer Service Extraordinaire: Deliver exceptional service, representing the company with professionalism and a proactive approach.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in residential property management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Certification: ARLA qualification or equivalent preferred.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of property management laws and regulations.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Technology: Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Location: Must reside within a 50-minute commute of East Finchley.
