A dynamic, independent Estate Agency in Queens Park, NW London, are looking for a superstar Property Manager to join their growing team. They value character and a wide range of skills over experience, so if you're a problem-solver with a drive to succeed with minimum 1 years experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What you'll be doing as Property Manager:

  • Supporting the team with various property management tasks.
  • Scheduling contractors and maintenance staff.
  • Handling tenant enquiries and resolving issues.
  • Ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
  • Assisting with tenancy renewals (bonuses available!).
  • Contributing to a positive and efficient team environment.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • A driving licence is preferred.

The Property Manager role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 and the chance to be part of a team that's making a difference.
