What’s the role?

I’m working closely with a mid to upper market Lettings agency based in the Christchurch area of Dorset. It’s an ambitious Lettings agency who are growing rapidly both organically and through acquisition.

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to look after a portion of the lettings portfolio in the local area. Some of the responsibilities include maintenance, general inspections and scheduling gas safety inspections.

The company prides themselves on excellent customer service. Having someone who is not only experienced and knowledgeable but also able to deal with landlords and tenants to the highest standards is essential.
