Property Manager

We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic and natural gravitas, a genuine people person who is also eager to learn new things, this person will have a strong eye for detail and take pride in providing a good and honest service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and deal with enquiries in person, over the phone and via email - setting company standards in a professional and friendly manner.
• Meet with clients visiting the office on a daily basis.
• Manage a portfolio, responsible for handling renewal and deposit negotiations, notices and maintenance enquiries with landlords and tenants.
• Prepare and serve section 21 notices.
• End of tenancy deposit negotiations.
• Dealing with ingoing and outgoing tenant utility bills.
• Liaising with landlords and tenants to gather and provide feedback on property inspections / maintenance work.
• Booking of safety certificates and making sure all properties meet current legislation.

Salary £25,000 - £30,000 (Depending on experience)
