Salary: £27k - £32k DOE + bonus and company benefits
Location: Brighton
Hours: Mon-Fri Full time
Pool car available for business use.

If so, I have a unique opportunity within my client’s property management team based in Brighton for an experienced residential property manager.
You will already have a proven property management or lettings background and will thrive in a busy fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Guiding tenants through the renting process.
- Managing a portfolio of HMO properties.
- Processing tenancy paperwork, drawing up contracts and other legal documents.
- Keeping accurate property records.
- Ensuring we are compliant with legislation across our operations.
- Preparing properties for the tenancy change over.
- Dealing with enquiries from landlords and tenants.
- Account managing and attending client meetings.
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:
- Approachable and focused on providing great customer service.
- Proven property management/lettings coordination background.
- Proactive and organised.
- Efficient and capable of managing a varied workload.
- Knowledgeable of the Brighton area
- Experienced in property legislation.
- Full UK driving licence.
