Job Title: Sales Negotiator | Premier Sales and Lettings Agents | Whitstable

Location: Whitstable
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 basic, OTE £30,000 - £35,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5:30pm (3 Saturdays out of 4 with a day off in lieu during the week)

The Role:

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be a key player in their sales team, working closely with clients to buy and sell properties while ensuring the highest level of service. You will handle a variety of tasks, from conducting viewings to negotiating deals, all while maintaining their reputation for excellence. This role offers a competitive basic salary with the potential for significant on-target earnings (OTE).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with buyers and sellers, understanding their needs and providing expert advice.
  • Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing properties to potential buyers.
  • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties.
  • Sales Progression: Manage the sales process from offer to completion, keeping clients informed and supported at every step.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the local property market, providing clients with accurate and current market appraisals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team of seven, sharing insights and strategies to achieve collective goals.
