Preferred Requirements:
  • Exceptional property management skills with a strong understanding of the industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, property lettings software, and Sage
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to effectively liaise with tenants and stakeholders
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work in line with team requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a senior property management role
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and tenant satisfaction
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
