Salary 45-50K per annum
Hours 9am-5.00pm Monday - Friday (office based)
Based in Kingston upon Thames
We are currently recruiting for a Property and Office Manager on behalf of one of our clients.
Fantastic opportunity for anyone with previous property office management experience.
Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the digital and physical filling system.
- Managing all statutory information in relation to each property e.g. Fire Certificates, Electrical Certificates, EPC’s, Gas Safety, Health and Safety etc.
- Dealing with tenants for maintenance and management issues.
- Assist the accountant with issuing of service charge and utility information.
- Appointing and managing contractors to undertake maintenance.
- Managing of the office supplies and keeping in good order.
- Managing the company contacts database.
- Coordinating Directors diary’s and making travel plans when required.
- Preparing reports and researching property information.
- Maintaining and managing sets of keys and access details.
- Undertaking building inspections when required.
Person specification
- The ideal candidate will possess some commercial property experience but other property experience welcome.
- IT Savvy with knowledge of Microsoft packages also experience of accountancy software and/or property management software useful.
- Highly organised, methodical, with great attention to detail
- Excellent organisation skills for complex and diverse information.
- Accuracy is essential
- Great communication and customer service skills
