The Company

Your new company is a growing, well-respected and Independent Insurance Broker, who are based in the heart of the City of London. They offer various insurance solutions to both businesses and private clients, with a strong, loyal, and solid client base.

Due to their recent success, this thriving company are now seeking an Account Handler, who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of Property Owners Clients (as well as some Commercial Combined and Professional Indemnity).

Role Duties

• Responsible for the day-to-day management for a portfolio of SME clients (inclusive of Property Owners, as well as Commercial Combined and Professional Indemnity)
• Responsible for dealing with client enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Building and maintaining relationships with insurers and clients
• Ensuring a high renewal retention rate by providing clients with a first-class service
• Issuing client documentation such as renewal invitations, mid-term adjustments, new business quotations and cancellations
• Supporting Account Executives and Brokers with larger accounts

About You

• 2 years + experience as an Account Handler
• Experienced in SME business (Property Owners Insurance is essential, Commercial Combined and/or Professional Indemnity) desirable
• Ability to build and maintain working relationships provide exceptional customer service
• Solid communication skills
• Have a hardworking, ambitious, and positive approach
