We’re looking for an experienced and driven Residential Conveyancing Property Paralegal.

Your role will include:

• Supporting residential sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers
• Managing your own conveyancing caseload under supervision
• Drafting conveyancing contracts, legal documents, and client correspondence
• Conducting property searches and title checks
• Liaising with clients, agents, and mortgage lenders
• Preparing for exchange and completion
• Handling Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions
• Ensuring compliance and excellent client service

What you'll bring:

• Essential: solid experience in residential conveyancing
• A proactive, organised approach and attention to detail
• Strong client care and communication skills
