- Demonstrable experience in leading a successful property practice, with a strong track record of achieving business growth and profitability.
- Deep understanding of property law and market trends.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of legal professionals.
- An innovative mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement and implementing best practices within the property practice.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a qualified solicitor, with a specialism in property law.
- Recognised legal qualifications and memberships relevant to property law and practice.
