Property Procurement Officer

Our client is looking for an experienced Property Procurement Officer to join their busy team based in North Wales. They are an accommodation provider to asylum seekers accross the UK. Full details below:

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Property Procurement Officer manages an assigned caseload and travels accordingly to meet Stakeholders and Team Members to support the organisation in achieving its procurement targets. The Property Procurement Officer builds relationships with prospective & existing clients, sources properties for the organisation to procure for long term contracts. The Property Procurement Officer is responsible for carrying out procurement administration and meeting key performance objectives as well as sourcing targets
