Property Sales Consultant

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join our busy Sales Operations team at Sovereign Network Group (SNG) ideally based in Bristol or Basingstoke where you'll have the opportunity to learn all things Sales Operations.

This role will have a blend of home and office working as well as visiting the sale units across South, East and West.

The Role

Your role as Sales Consultant will be required to deliver excellent customer service working with direct customers, internal and external stakeholders which also includes estate agents, voids teams, Legal and Strategic Asset Management through numerous communication channels.

The role will include:

• Managing the preparation of properties to market through to completion
• Building rapport with our internal/external stakeholders as well as customers using open and probing question
• Collecting, updating and maintaining data/documents from internal and external stakeholders
• Attending site appointments including void specs and completions
• Contribute to the success of our tenant in site sale programme

What we're looking for

We are an extremely busy team so property sales experience and an understanding of Section 106, Leasehold, Open Market sales and the conveyancing process are essential experience for this role.

• You will also be required to demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills
• Thrive from providing an excellent customer service
• Enjoy working closely within a small team as well as having the confidence to deal with estate agents and direct customers alike
• Be able to demonstrate strong IT skills
