Property Services Manager

Bradford

35 hours per week working.

Flexible Monday to Friday 9am to 6:30pm

Salary IRO £27K PA (negotiable)

Have you worked with housing properties or multiple sites?

Management of the sites and documenting everything is critical, and everything must be followed up and completed.

The Property Services Manager will oversee the intensive housing management functions being delivered through our client, which is a charity covering the Bradford area helping people in need of accommodation services.

You will be working from the office in Bradford and also be regularly out and about at various properties.

Visiting properties initiating improvements

Liaising with landlords about new properties

Coordinating and documenting condition surveys / checks

Ensuring maintenance spreadsheets are up to date and audited.

Day to day administration of all property and services across the charity

This role is varied and new, so will be evolving as you grow and bring on new ideas.

Annual Leave: 20 working days plus 5 days after successful completion of probationary period plus 8 public holidays
