Holborn – office based

£60,000 - £80,000 (DOE)

My client is looking to recruit a solicitor with 2-5 years PQE, to join their growing Property team. The department acts for a range of clients including investors, developers, landlords, tenants and individuals buying or selling property.

Their services include:

  • Commercial and residential investments
  • Cross-border acquisitions
  • Portfolio acquisition and trading
  • SPV transactions
  • Secured lending
  • Finance and refinance
  • Owner-occupier acquisitions/leases
  • Retail leasing
  • Landlord and tenant issues
  • Hotel acquisitions and disposals
  • Site assembly and development
  • Sale and lease-back
  • Joint ventures
  • Leasehold enfranchisement
  • Planning

About you

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • 2-5 years experience working within Commercial property
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be collaborative and a good team player – no silo mentality
