Property Solicitor
  • Annual Salary: Up to £100,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Solicitor with a strong background in landlord and tenant law at a professional services company. This role is ideal for a candidate with experience in private practice who is looking to take on new challenges in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of agricultural law, while not essential, is highly desirable.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of property law matters, with a focus on landlord and tenant law.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate property agreements and leases.
  • Handle property transactions from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Advise clients on the legal aspects of property management and dispute resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to support the broader business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of changes in property law and advise the team on potential impacts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A qualified solicitor with 4-8 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in property law.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in landlord and tenant law.
  • Knowledge of agricultural law is desirable.
  • Proven experience in private practice.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
