Property Solicitor

Newcastle Under Lyme

£40 per hour (umbrella) - negotiable

Full Time Contract (3 months)

Mostly remote

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Property Solicitor in Newcastle Under Lyme. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.

The job:

  • Undertaking a variety of property transactions
  • Advising on lease renewals, land disposals, land swap/transfers and deeds of release
  • Advising on discharge of covenants, easements/adoption, new lettings/surrenders and ad hoc property advice

The candidate:

  • Must be a qualified lawyer in England and Wales
  • Must be familiar with property law
  • Previous experience in a similar capacity for a local government is desirable
