Property Surveyor needed in Haringey, £28.72ph PAYE - Reference: RQ1241973

3 Days per week position

Visits to the sites required

You will ideally have -

  • Degree or Professional Qualification in a construction related discipline such as RICS or CIOB
  • Experience conducting property inspections that align with the Housing Health and Safety Rating System
  • Contract management experience in relation to the property maintenance and repair responsibilities and obligations between private landlords and managing agents
  • Experience in managing dilapidation claims while achieving best value for money outcomes for the client
  • Experience of using software tools, such as Northgate Housing and Service Connect, to record and report property survey findings
  • Experience of drafting technical reports


This is a part time role on a temporary contract basis.
