A leading UK wealth management firm is looking for a dynamic Investment Management Proposition Manager to help shape and grow its discretionary investment offering.

Working closely with front office, investments, and marketing teams, you’ll take ownership of proposition strategy — enhancing Model Portfolio Services (MPS) and bespoke discretionary solutions to meet evolving client needs and market opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and deliver a compelling investment proposition roadmap.
  
  
• Drive proposition enhancements based on client, market, and competitor insights.
  
  
• Lead on value proposition design, product positioning, and strategic initiatives.
  
  
• Champion innovation while ensuring good customer outcomes under Consumer Duty.
  
  
• Influence stakeholders across distribution, investments, compliance, and marketing.
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Strong technical knowledge of investment management products and pricing.
  
  
• Proven experience managing or developing wealth management propositions, ideally across MPS and bespoke discretionary offerings.
  
  
• Sharp commercial mindset, excellent stakeholder management, and confident communication skills.
  
  
• Exposure to Private Markets, Private Credit, or Structured Products a bonus.
  
  
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
