Search Consultancy are recruiting on behalf of a business based at the top of Brighton who are looking for a Protection Consultant - Private Medical to join them on a permanent basis.

This company have established business within the sector, put their customers and staff at the core of what they do alongside a very supportive manager.

This role would suit someone with experience within the private medical insurance sector who is motivated to focus on developing their career within sales and insurance. This role is a not a cold calling role.

Role: Protection Consultant
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 + commission
Offering: uncapped commission, salary reviews, career progression, support towards qualifications, become part of an excellent team

Responsibilities:
* Contacting customer who want to obtain private medical insurance quotes and discussing them through the process over the phone or virtually face to face
* Provide a consultative approach by discussing bespoke package while providing a high quality service
* Complete fact finds and utilising this to create new quotes to new and existing customers
* Keeping up to date on product and industry trends

Experience required:
* Experience within private medical insurance
* Experience working towards targets
* Proven track record of putting the customer first
* Team player
