Walker Cole are searching for a Protein Characterisation Team Lead to join a pharmaceutical organisation in South England. The Protein Characterisation Team Lead will manage a small group to support analytcial testing of key clinical piepline products.

The Protein Characterisation Team Lead will:

  • Oversee day to day analytcial lab activities
  • Provide mentorship and management to a team of experienced scientists
  • Be the Analytcial SME for the clinical pipeline
  • Represent the analytcial function to senior internal/external stakeholders

The successful applicant will have

  • Relevant educational background
  • Proven expertise in analytcial characterisation of biologics
  • Deep knowledge of Chromatography, Spectroscopy, and Electrophoresis.
