Our client is a professional company who invests in their staff, facilities and, of course, their service to their customers.
This is an exciting opportunity within the Provider Services Team to join them as a Provider Services Administrator. They are a dedicated team who support and maintain individual provider database of Specialists and Therapists.

Key duties:

  • Handling all complexities of telephone calls from Specialists/Therapists
  • Verifying the registration of providers to ensure their strict acceptance criteria is upheld
  • Answering internal and external calls from providers, completing any follow up action required within agreed timescales
  • Responding to correspondence from their Providers database via email, letter or LiveChat
  • Interacting with 3rd party suppliers in the maintenance of provider data accuracy
  • Aiding with the implementation of additional services
  • Investigating pending payments due to Providers


F/T hours (Monday to Friday) 100% office based
Starting salary range is from GBP25,392, increasing post-probation to GBP27,248 plus a great range of benefits

The role requires excellent verbal and written skills. Along with the ability to be organised, self-motivated, able to work to deadlines, and enjoy problem solving with a keen eye for detail. You will be joining a hardworking and supportive team, and we seek people with likeminded attributes who are always a great asset to any team. Passion and enthusiasm are also key requirements. You will be a confident communicator who can achieve outcomes through strong relationships, in a positive and constructive way.
