Psychological wellbeing practitioner- Band 5 (x2 vacancies)

Location: Greater Manchester (Remote work)

Start date- ASAP

End date- 3+ months

Shift Pattern:

Full or Part time hours considered
9:00 - 5:00 (Monday - Friday)

Skills/Experience:

Face to face, Video and telephone work with clients with common mental health problems such as anxiety and depression, at step 2
Work within practice teams including liaison with GPs, Practice staff, third sector agencies and service users and carers
To work autonomously within the team and possess excellent organisational and time management skills, in order to cope with the demands of the service
Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner
Delivering Psychological interventions within primary care
Knowledge of the online treatment programme SilverCloud
Knowledge of completing therapy assessments
